Refunds & Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the invoice or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or not. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since the return was approved, please contact us at info@taporscan.com
